Våren har äntligen nått Kräklingbo och med den kommer alla de spirande grödorna som bara väntar på att värmen ska slå till på allvar. Vi har träffat odlare och producenter runt om på ön, och planeringen inför vår 19:e sommar är i full gång.
Vi smygöppnar med att prova härliga viner från Bourgogne, den 2 och 3 maj njuter vi försommargrönska och låter drycken flöda. Tveka inte att höra av er om ni vill veta mer!
Den 12 juni öppnar vi fullt ut. Vill ni besöka oss i sommar? Vi tar emot bokningar från den 1 april 2025.

SPRING 2025
Spring has finally arrived in Kräklingbo and with it comes all those budding crops just waiting for the heat to kick in. We’ve been meeting with growers and producers around the island, and planning for our 19th summer is in full swing.
We’re opening with a sneak preview of some great Burgundy wines, and on May 2 and 3 we’ll be enjoying early summer greenery and letting the drinks flow. Don’t hesitate to contact us if you want to know more!

We explore the wild produce in our close surroundings and stretch our search to the rest of Sweden if we must.
We choose produce according to season, the focus is quality, sustainable agriculture and ethical animal keeping. Our cooking is modern but includes techniques which sprung from tradition and old knowledge. It then becomes courses which show the natural and simple.

The rooms upstairs have a shared bathroom and mini bar. The rooms located in the garden have a shared bathroom and a fantastic outdoor shower.
Check-in is from 16h00 onwards and check-out at the latest at 11h00. We confirm all room bookings 24 hours before arrival. At Krakas we love animals but they are unfortunately not allowed in our rooms.
Price per double room: 2 600 SEK including breakfast.
Krakas Krog is located in Kräklingbo on the east side of Gotland. If you are driving from Visby, take road number 143 to Ljugarn. After approximately 30 km´s, take left towards Kräklingbo and continue another 6 km. Krakas is on the left side of the road, opposite of the church in Kräklingbo.

We confirm all reservations per telephone after 14.00 the day before arrival. This is in order to ensure that you as a guest feel secure about your reservation.
We are open from June 12th to September 28th 2025, Thursday to Sunday from 18.00.
Table and room reservations can be made from April 1, 2025. Reservations for dinner only are open from May 10, 2025.
Check-in for accommodation starts at 16.00.
